Prices DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping will be added into the total in your shopping cart at check-out.

You will be sent e-mails with your invoice and tracking information after your order has been processed.
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, FedEx or using Flat Rate Box pricing available via the USPS.
Not all orders will be eligible for FedEx or USPS Flat Rate service.

Most orders should arrive within 2-5 days in the contiguous 48 states.
Oversized or heavy items that must be shipped by truck freight may incur an additional shipping charge.

All foreign orders must be pre-paid and will be billed upon actual weight at the time of the shipment. Processing and handling is non-refundable on foreign orders.
Any shortages or errors in received goods must be reported to Thoro’Bred within 5 working days after receipt of merchandise.
All orders, purchases and shipments of products are considered complete at the point of shipment.
Thoro’Bred’s responsibility for delivery stops upon the acceptance by the carrier or shipping agent.
No returns will be accepted without a “Returned Goods Authorization” (RGA) number issued by our office. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. The RGA should be marked on the outside of all packages returned.
All goods returned must be sent back pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the goods for their full value to protect you against loss.
All goods must be of current design, in good condition, and NO credit will be issued for old obsolete merchandise.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns.
We can not accept any returns on custom or special ordered parts. Videos, software and liquids can not be returned once opened.

Most products we sell are protected by a manufacturer’s warranty. Parts used in racing and competition are warranted against manufacturers defects only, and will not be warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.
Any part in our sole opinion that has been used improperly, subjected to abuse, improper shipping or handling or installed contrary to instructions will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty.
